Pegasus is a world class breaking, training and rehabilitation thoroughbred center that I have been fortunate enough to have had hands on experience with for the past several years. There facilities are second to none.

In 2012 I embarked on an almost impossible comeback to race riding that was considered by many to be insane. My training and physical therapy was approached the same as an equine athlete going through the same steps and advancing on the level of my individual needs.

I not only made it back but had the extraordinary enjoyment of doing my rehab and training with my equine partners trying to reach the same goal as myself -- to not only return to the sport I love but to do it at the highest level.

I have been using Pegasus Training Center as our hub since 2008.  It is by far the best facility in the Pacific Northwest and likely one of the best in all of North America.  Their rehab center is bar none the place to rehab horses that may have any issues. We would recommend anyone to use this great facility as we have up to 50 horses at Pegasus on a year round basis.  We rely on farm manager, Mike Puhich to handle all of our wintering issues as well as early training on their track.  Mike and his crew do an outstanding job for us.

Pogi once again has had the added bonus of using the magnificent facilities at Pegasus Training Center. This is THE state-of-the-art training and rehabilitation center for all horses, and has the most wonderfully knowledgeable staff that can work their magic on just about any injury, illness, or fitness issue that needs to be solved. Pogi got a splint on the outside of his left hind leg, and was able to use the Aqua Tred to help keep his fitness program on track, without adding stress to his healing splint. He seems to enjoy the cross-training, and I feel so lucky to have so many options available for him.

He is still a totally different horse than I had before he went to Pegasus so I owe a lot to you for his saner mind. I really treasured all of the experiences Tivoli went through at Pegasus and it has made our relationship so much better. He is calmer to ride and handle.
